Luxury Sales Manager — Worli & Lower Parel

Own the closing pipeline for our ₹5Cr+ inventory in South Mumbai high-rises. Manage developer relationships at Lodha, Oberoi, K Raheja. Drive 8-12 site visits / week and own personal target of ₹120Cr GTV annually. Responsibilities: - Qualify NRI and HNI leads from our CRM - Conduct white-glove site visits across Worli, Lower Parel, Mahalaxmi - Co-broke with channel partners; manage post-booking documentation - Mentor 2 junior executives Who we want: RERA-certified sales pros with proven ₹50Cr+ closings.
