Naukri lists every job, every industry. Kothi lists only real estate. That means RERA filtering, locality search, commission-first salary fields, and site-visit scheduling — features a horizontal portal can't justify building.
What if I don't have a RERA licence yet?+
You can still apply to back-office, marketing, valuation and intern roles. For sales and leasing roles where the law requires it, recruiters can see your application but will need the licence before extending an offer.
Is this available outside India?+
Not yet. Kothi is built for Indian real estate law (RERA, IBBI, RBI's NRI rules). We'll expand once we own this market.
