Run our 18-person Chennai south office. Own P&L, hiring, broker tie-ups, NRI client experience and ₹180Cr annual GTV. Direct reports: 3 team leads + 2 admin.
First 90 days:
- Audit pipeline and re-do quarterly forecast
- Re-negotiate 3 underperforming developer mandates
- Hire 2 senior sales managers for Velachery and Sholinganallur
Commission structure
Branch-wide 2% override on closed GTV + ESOP
