About this role
Lead valuation desk for residential and small-commercial mandates from OMR, ECR, Adyar and Velachery. Sign off on 30-40 reports / month for bank panels (HDFC, ICICI, SBI).
Responsibilities:
- Site inspection and comparable-sale analysis
- IBBI-compliant valuation report drafting
- Bank panel relationship management
- Train and review 2 junior valuers
Required: IBBI-registered valuer or equivalent + 5 years South Chennai market exposure.
Commission structure
₹1,500 per certified valuation report above baseline of 20/month
