Lease Grade-A office floors in DLF Cyber City, Two Horizon Center and Vatika Business Park. Manage 8-10 corporate tenant accounts (IT/BFSI), drive new BD pitches to Fortune 500 GCC heads. What success looks like: - 80,000 sq ft of leases signed annually - Quarterly tenant renewal rate >85% - 4 new logo wins / year Must-haves: Gurgaon network in commercial leasing, RERA agent license.

Commission structure
