Residential Site Manager — Whitefield Township

Run the on-ground show at our 28-acre Whitefield township, currently mid-Phase-2 (840 units, 6 towers). Co-ordinate with the construction PMC, manage the site office, host weekend walk-ins, and own day-to-day liaison with the Civic Body and RERA inspector. Responsibilities: - Daily site walk and progress sign-off - Lead site-experience for 30+ walk-in families per weekend - Coordinate buyer documentation with our Bengaluru HQ - Escalate slippages to project director You're a fit if you've run a 500+ unit site before.
