Build and manage broker network across Gachibowli, Hitech City and Kondapur for our developer principals (My Home, Aparna, Prestige). Drive 25+ active broker tie-ups and 60+ qualified leads / month. Week in the role: - 12 face-to-face broker meets - Run a Saturday product training for new sub-brokers - Manage incentive payouts and rate-card communication - Co-brand WhatsApp inventory drops Ideal: 2+ years in Hyderabad real estate, owns a 2-wheeler, fluent in Telugu.
